When should I RSVP by?

The RSVP deadline is September 30th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating will open at 2:30 pm. We request all guests to arrive by 2:45 pm, as our ceremony will start promptly at 3 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is cocktail attire. For November in Colorado, we suggest: mid-length dresses, elegant separates, sport coats & pants, or suits.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle available from the Hampton Inn to and from the venue. This can be reserved upon check-in at the hotel.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one included, it will be reflected on the RSVP. If you believe there has been a mistake, please contact EmmaKate or Garrett.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend booking through our hotel block at the Hampton Inn & Suites using code RBW or through the link on the Travel tab. There is a discount if you book before October 17th.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registry can be found on the wedding website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available at the venue. You may leave your car at the venue overnight as long as it is moved by 11 am the next morning.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please feel free to include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate.
