Help! I'm having issues with Zola, what do I do?

RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be able to attend as we do have limited seating. RSVP no later than February 28, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 5:30 pm. The doors will open at 4:45 pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

You have our full permission to look fabulous for this event. The idea is to look dressed up without going full-blown black tie. Feel free to embrace bright colors, patterns, and anything that you feel the most confident wearing (unless that's jeans and flip flops... please don't wear those). Wear cocktail dresses, long dresses, LBDs (little black dress), dressy jumpsuits, suit jackets/blazers, ties (optional), and slacks.

Are children invited?

Answer

Our wedding will be an evening affair with alcohol and amplified music. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly request no children under 18.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided to and from the hotels. However, there are two properties within walking distance and other hotels that we listed that are 6 minutes or less away from the venue. There is also the option to utilize Uber or Lyft.

Where do we park for the wedding?

Answer

Parking next to The Grand is free and is just steps from the front door. Park in the lots directly adjacent to the Grand. There is also street parking available in front of the venue. However, street parking is metered from 8 am-8 pm Monday-Saturday (after 8:00 pm street parking is free). The meters take coins, credit cards and the Passport Parking app.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony so we politely ask that you please turn off your phones and cameras. We promise to share all of the beautiful memories that our wedding photographer captures. Thank you!

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All of our wedding day events including the ceremony and reception will be taking place inside The Grand Opera House.
