Please arrive and be seated by 12:45. The service will start at 1pm.
Please leave sufficient time to park at the Church. There are a couple of options: 1. Verulamium Car Park, this is a public car park and a 2 minute walk from the church. This may be busy on a Saturday. 2. There is a small amount of street parking on St Michael's Street 3. A further option is you could park at St Albans School, Fishpool Street, AL3 4HB in their carpark at the top near the St Albans Cathedral. The entrance to this is just before you get to the St Albans Abbey Gatehouse. Please note this is a 15 min walk from the church.
Please let us know in your RSVP if you would like a seat on the bus going from St Michael's Church to Beaney for the reception. There is plenty of parking at Beaney so you are also welcome to drive and leave your car in the paddock.
There will be parking in the paddock at Beaney with signs to direct you where to park. You are welcome to leave your car overnight and collect it the next day.
Lounge suits Useful tips: The Church can be cool even in the Summer, you may like a layer even if we do get lucky with a warmer day! Comfortable shoes are recommended for the gravel paths, drinks on the lawn (weather permitting!) and the marquee matting.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate babies or children on our wedding day.
