Kids are allowed, although we would prefer to have uninterrupted time with you all. Be advised there will be open water and alcohol on site. We hope to enjoy our time with you and allow you to relax and enjoy your evening. We ask that if possible, you arrange childcare.
The ceremony will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors, in the same location as the reception. The reception will be in a covered tent.
We are serving traditional BBQ food with pulled chicken and pork, mac and cheese, vegetables, and potatoes. Snacks will also be provided during cocktail hour.
There will be an open bar, with options for beer and mixed drinks. There will be water and lemonade for NA options and for underage guests.
Your invite will specify if we have allotted a plus one for you. It is possible that we missed a plus one, or that there was not a plus one in your life when we created the website. If you feel that we missed someone, please reach out to me directly. Please do not bring an unplanned plus one, as the seating chart will be crafted once the RSVP deadline has passed (July 1st). Additionally, the final counts for the food and alcohol are based on the list we have, so unknown plus ones risk not having an allotted seat, plate, etc.
We are aiming for cocktail attire. This generally consists of tea or knee length dresses, and suits or dress pants/shirts. We ask that you avoid casual wear such as jeans. We also ask guests to avoid wearing white.
