What should I wear?

Can I Take My Own Pictures and Videos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from all phone usage, photos, and videos during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer who will take pictures during the ceremony and we will share them with guests as soon as they are available!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The dinner and reception will be indoors.

Is there transportation being provided between venue and hotels?

Answer

For those staying specifically at the Hampton Inn - South, there will be shuttle with two pickup and dropoff times to and from the venue.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

The venue has sufficient parking for the wedding.

We request that you RSVP By July 20th.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

We ask about dietary restrictions on the RSVP.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love all of the children in our lives, due to both venue capacity and the fact that we will be serving alcohol throughout the weekend, we can only accommodate those named on your specific invitation. However, we understand that traveling for weddings may be particularly difficult for parents with infants. An exception will be made for infants breastfeeding under 12 months old – please let Emma or Brent know if this applies to your family. Further, if this policy presents a scheduling or financial concern, please reach out to Emma or Brent and we would be happy to discuss options.
