How do I book within the room block?

Answer

To book in the room block and receive a discounted rate you need to call Deerhursts Reservation line and identify yourself booking under the "Hinchliff/Collins" wedding. *The room block can only be applied by calling the reservation line*

How long do I have to book under the room block?

Answer

The room block rates will be applied until July 7th, 2026. If you plan on staying overnight at Deerhurst there is a two night minimum on weekends as well as a deposit of one nights stay the day you make your reservation.

How do I submit my Menu Card?

Answer

No need! We will be doing an indoor seated buffet.

What if I can only make it to the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No worries! If you can only make it to part of the wedding we kindly ask you RSVP to what part(s) you will be able to attend. (Reception includes cocktail hour, dinner and dancing)

We are so excited to celebrate and would love to see all of our favourite people dress up with us! Dress code is black tie optional.
