Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be at the Citadel Beach Club on Isle of Palms. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will be held inside. The ceremony will take place on grass so please plan footwear accordingly!

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those who are specifically listed on your RSVP and invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black-Tie optional. We encourage ladies to wear floor length dresses. We encourage men to wear suits or tuxes. Please avoid wearing white. We have included many pictures of appropriate attire to help!

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes! The Citadel Beach Club has a large parking lot on site that is free for guests to use. Please keep in mind the security for this venue is done by the Isle of Palms police department, so we highly encourage guests to arrange safe transportation. There are also typically ubers available in this area.

What about the Welcome Party/Rehearsal Dinner?

Answer

While we will be hosting an intimate rehearsal dinner with just our bridal party and parents, we welcome all guests in town to join us for celebratory drinks afterward at Saltwater Cowboys on Shem Creek. We’ll be downstairs at the bar starting around 9pm. Come say hello and kick off the weekend with us!

Where is the afterparty?

Answer

Glad you asked! For any guests that want to continue the celebration after the wedding, there will be an afterparty at the Windjammer on Isle of Palms! (About 5 minutes from the venue) Please keep in mind this venue is 21+.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests keep phones away during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. We have professional photographers that will be taking tons of pictures of our special moments.

What if I have special dietary restrictions/preferences?

Answer

Dinner will be served via multiple chef-attended stations, along with passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour. We will have vegetarian and gluten free options available as well. We will also be serving premium cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options throughout the evening.
