Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. To encourage better transportation experiences and discourage driving under the influence, we will have a charter service to and from the ceremony, reception, hotel block, and downtown Springfield within walking distance to the majority of local AirBnBs. The full bus itinerary will be posted closer to time

What about other transportation?

Answer

Unfortunately public transportation in Springfield and Nashville are somewhat limited. We recommend rental cars, ride sharing, and taxi services for transportation to and from the airport and other activities

Please RSVP by March 15 and let us know of any circumstances that might affect your travel plans

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our caterer is fantastic and can accommodate special requests with a few weeks notice. Please make a note on your RSVP or reach out to Trevor and Emma about any dietary preferences or restrictions

Are plus ones and children allowed to come?

Please reach out to Trevor and / or Emma directly to inquire about plus ones. The ceremony and reception will be family friendly and children are welcome

Semi-formal attire... Tie optional, but please avoid t-shirts and sneakers

I can't find my family member or significant other in the online RSVP list, can they come too?

Answer

The RSVP system of our website is a little complicated. If a family member or loved one of a family member wants to come but can't find their name in the online RSVP list then please either indicate who is coming on the paper RSVP, make a note on the end of someone else's online RSVP or reach out directly to Trevor and Emma

We are happy to accept any form of RSVP and only one form is needed

How accessible are the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

The reception venue is accessible to anyone with limited mobility. The ceremony venue is not as accessible but accommodations can be made for anyone with limited mobility. Please reach out about any accessibility concerns
