What is the dress code?

Answer

You can use evening wedding attire as a guideline. This as an excuse to be dressier than normal but make sure you can dance in it. Anything between full ball gowns and denim overalls is fair game.

What will the food be like?

Answer

The venue is making “heavy hors d’oeuvres” which means it will be tapas sized plates of 2 meat dishes and 3 vegetarian dishes. There will not be a traditional sit down sort of meal.

Is the ceremony or reception inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony is supposed to be outside in the venue’s courtyard and the reception will be inside up a flight of stairs (there’s an elevator also) in their ballroom sized room called Ruby Hall. If we get rained out then the whole night will be inside Ruby Hall.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

No. Although we love your kids, we ask that you make arrangements for your children so the adults can have adult time.

Are masks mandatory?

Answer

Change as of 8-1-22: Masks are not mandatory. Use common sense and don’t come if you’ve been sick, in contact with someone sick or think you’re sick around the time of our wedding, please! We encourage getting a Covid test prior to the event for your safety and the safety of our nearest and dearest loved ones!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No. But don’t worry there’s 3 types of wine and 3 types of beer. And of course, if you’d like a cocktail, the venue has a fully stocked bar where you can purchase whatever you want!
