WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes prior so everyone can be seated on time.

WHERE SHOULD WE STAY?

Answer

Please reference the Travel & Hotels section of our website for lodging details. We have arranged a hotel block at the Marriott Golden / Red Rocks, and we recommend using the booking link in this section to reserve rooms within our block. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Marriott Golden / Red Rocks, picking up guests on July 25th @ 3pm. Guests are also welcome to stay in Idaho Springs; however, transportation to and from the venue will not be provided from that area, and rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft are not available. Additional hotel options are listed nearby for guests seeking a more boutique-style stay.

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will include both indoor and outdoor spaces, with tables located under a tent. There is also additional indoor space available in the lodge on the property.

WHERE SHOULD WE PARK?

Answer

For your convenience, shuttles will be provided to and from the Marriott Golden / Red Rocks hotel. There is ample parking available at the venue; however, overnight parking is not permitted. We strongly encourage guests planning to enjoy the open bar to take advantage of the shuttle service.

CAN I BRING A DATE OR A PLUS ONE?

We are so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest. Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. All invited guests will be listed on your invitation and RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing jeans or hats. Additional details and attire inspiration can be found in the “Guest Attire” section of this website.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our wonderful photographer, Cheyenne, will be capturing the moment, and we promise to share photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

WILL ALCOHOL BE SERVED?

Yes. Wine, Beer, two specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!
