Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) - approx. 1.5 hours from BMBR There are very few car services in the area. We will be booking a shuttle service from the Charlotte airport for Thursday evening and Friday morning as well as back to Charlotte on Sunday morning/afternoon. Check back for these times once we have them set! Otherwise, the safest option is to rent a car. Uber/Lyft are rare and will not drive all the way to Lenoir. Please reach out to Emma (401-871-0275) if you expect to use the shuttle service just so we can get an idea of numbers! Even better if you know if you will be arriving Thursday or Friday!

Brown Mountain Beach Resort

This is where all wedding events will be taking place. Unfortunately, not all guests can stay on site. We will determine how many people we can stay here based on RSVPs and will be in touch! Because of the set up of the cabins, we cannot guarantee that you and your party will be the only ones in a cabin but will do our best to pair you with people you know if it comes down to that. If you would prefer to stay at a hotel, that is more than okay! Just reach out to Emma or TJ if you have a preference, and we will do everything we can to accommodate!

Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Morganton Historic Downtown

For those guests who prefer to stay off-site, we will be reserving a hotel block here. This is about a 30min drive from the venue. We will have the Brown Mountain Beach Trolley drive guests to/from the rehearsal dinner and wedding.
