FAQs

If you have any additional questions that aren’t already addressed on the website, please feel free to reach out at 864-293-8811. We will try to respond as soon as possible.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by January 14, 2027. This allows us to provide an accurate guest count to our vendors. If you received a mailed RSVP, please allow enough time for it to reach us by January 31st. If you would like to request an extension (military personnel only), please contact us at 864‑293‑8811.

Question

How Do I RSVP ?

Answer

You can RSVP anytime by clicking the RSVP tab above before January 14, 2027. Some guests will also receive a physical RSVP card—if that applies to you, please complete it and mail it back to us. Kindly allow enough time for it to arrive by January 31.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time ?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, you will be marked as “not attending.” We would truly love to celebrate with you; however, we must provide a final guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. If you need an extension (military personnel only), please reach out to us in advance.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it ?

Answer

You will be deeply missed—we truly wish you could celebrate with us! If you’re unable to attend, please RSVP as “Will Not Attend” so we can plan accordingly. If you have already responded as “Attending,” kindly reach out to us as soon as possible to let us know of any change in plans.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We truly wish we could invite everyone, but due to our limited budget and venue capacity, we kindly ask that you do not bring an unannounced guest, as they will not be included in our final guest count. If a plus-one has been extended to you, it will be indicated on your invitation (e.g., “and Guest”). Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Question

What time should I arrive ?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding the ceremony location. The venue can be a little tricky to navigate, but signage will be available to help guide you. Please note that the chapel doors will close promptly at 4:00 PM.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We are more than happy to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. If you have any, please reach out to us directly at 864-293-8811. We will coordinate with our catering team to ensure your needs are met as best as possible.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.

Question

Should I bring a physical gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift to us, and bringing a physical gift is absolutely not expected. As Scott and I will most likely be flying to and from our wedding, if you would like to give a gift, we kindly ask that anything be purchased through our registry for convenience. We will also gladly accept cards on the day of the wedding if you prefer that option. We truly appreciate your love and support and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing hotel recommendations through partnerships with select hotels that offer discounted rates for our guests. If you’re interested, please visit the “Travel” tab for all the details you need.

Question

Will there be a BAR ?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, two specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us. Please do not bring any outside alcohol. Due to venue policies and South Carolina liquor laws, outside alcohol is not permitted. If you do bring any, we will kindly ask you to dispose of it or may have to ask you to leave.
