We met at seventeen, just kids, its true, Two wide-eyed teens with no real clue. But somehow, in that blur of days, We found each other and love took place. With Big Bang Theory as our favourite show, And watermelon slices in a steady flow, We laughed too hard and stayed up late, Never caring if we tempted fate. We spent our days side by side, In every moment, hearts open wide. No grand plan, no perfect start- Just honest joy and open hearts. From silly jokes to quiet nights, We grew together, slow and true, Not kids for long - just me and you. Now here we are, still hand in hand, Older, wiser, making a stand To say “I do” with hearts that sing, Knowing love is not a finished thing.
