Welcome River Float

This is for those who arrive in the the area early Friday, especially for those who are coming early to help with floral arrangements or other setup and would like to play before the work starts! We will carpool to the drop in spot so bring your floatation and we will see you there!
Floral Arrangements

Calling all the floral enthusiasts! We will be doing flower arrangements the day before the wedding at the Tanner Cabin. All of the supplies will be provided just bring yourself and a desire to make pretty arrangements! The Tanners family friend Lorianne is growing our wedding flowers in her garden!!! Cannot thank her enough.

Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
We would love everyone to wear what we are calling "river formal" aka beach formal. It'll be hot so please consider light dresses, short sleeve button ups and shorts. Also a note for those thinking of wearing heels we will be on grass for both the ceremony and reception so flats and sandals it is!
Please arrive a little before start time to get yourself parked, hydrated, snacked and seated.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We will have snacks and drinks available after the ceremony and before dinner while the new bride and groom take photos with family and friends. There will be a table with a guest book, this may be a good time to start getting peoples notes and well wishes in there. The dinner will begin around 6pm (BBQ!!). Some toasts will happen and then we shall all hit the dance floor! Dancing is mandatory according to the bride, if you do nothing else do this for her :) Dessert will not be cake but instead yummy magic bars (along with other assorted desserts)
After Party

Brunch/ River Float
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Meet us for breakfast at the cabin! Quiche, pancakes, bacon and all that jazz. (For those camping maybe make your own as we will be cranking things out but maybe not enough for all.) After breakfast we will be popping on our swimsuits, grabbing our floaties and hitting the river for an end-of-weekend float. Bring your flamingos, unicorns, tubes, raft, whatever you've got! A shuttle will get people to and from the start upriver and we will float back down to the cabin.
