Black Tie

On the top of the Le Marche hills, the Italian sun on our backs and the people we love most gathered around us, we will say our vows. After we say I do, we'll move down the hill and raise a glass. Champagne flows alongside generous antipasto platters with hams, salami, and local cheeses including pecorino, burrata, ricotta, mozzarella and truffle cheese, alongside melon with prosciutto, focaccia, crescia, piadina, veggie quiches and seasonal produce. The best of Le Marche, all in one place.

Black Tie

Long tables, good wine, and the valley stretching out below us as the sun goes down. We'll sit down together for a four-course dinner built around the best of Le Marche. Fresh pasta, local wine poured freely, and food that the Italians do so well. The kind of dinner you don't want to end. But it does end. And then the dancing starts. As the sun sets, the music goes up and a night that has no interest in finishing early begins. A late night frites and arancini balls land to keep the party going. Heels optional at this point.
