What do I do with the COVID Attestation form that was included with the invitations?
Answer
Please have the form filled out completely before you arrive at Bourne Mansion. One form should be filled out for each guest that is attending the wedding ceremony and reception.
Question
Do I need to get a COVID test prior to the wedding? What if I am vaccinated?
Answer
At this time, the NYS guidelines require proof of vaccination series at least 14 days prior to the wedding or a negative COVID test within 72 hours in order to attend the ceremony and reception. Please have proof of either one that you choose ready and available upon arrival at Bourne Mansion.
