Question

How will transportation to the Ceremony and Reception work?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided to take guests from the Maple Grove Courtyard Marriot to the Ceremony site and back. Due to limited park we encourage guests to utilize this shuttle. Pleaser refer to the "Travel" section for details on the shuttle leaving at 2:15pm. Guests will then be free to take themselves to and from the reception how/when they please.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Cocktail Attire. Think florals, clothes that are easy to dance in, and will leave you feeling good all night long!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be providing vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options for our guests, along with options with all the meat, dairy, and gluten included!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be beer, wine, seltzers and pop provided at the venue. Because our venue is through the City Park system no liquor or hard alcohol will be allowed on the premises.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! While we would love for all our guests to be able to relax and enjoy the day with us stress free, we would also rather you bring your kids if that is what allows you to celebrate with us!

Will the wedding be indoors?

Answer

Partially; the ceremony will be outdoors at the Noerenberg Garden's and then we will move inside to Elm Creek Chalet for the reception. In the event of inclement weather (boo) the ceremony and reception will be help within Elm Creek Chalet.
