Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be at Pen Ryn Estate in the Rivers Edge location

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. If the weather does not cooperate then the ceremony will be held indoors in the reception area.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal. Ladies should wear midi or floor length dresses. And the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or button down shirt, dress pants and dress shoes. Please refrain from wearing hats, jeans, or sneakers.

Are there plus ones allowed or children?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please contact us personally for further information

Is there parking at the venue

Answer

Yes there is parking in a gravel parking lot and shuttles from the parking lot to venue

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes there is an open bar. You are responsible for transportation

Can I take pictures at your ceremony?

Answer

No, we will be having a phone free ceremony. We are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We will have two photographers there to capture our special ceremony.

Can I post pictures from your wedding on social media

Answer

We ask that there be no phones used at the ceremony, however you are welcome to post photos/videos from the reception.

What colors will the bridal party be wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be in berry and the groomsmen will be in black.

A note on gifts

Answer

Your presence and support on our wedding day is the greatest gift of all. But if a gift is on your mind, our registry is attached onto the wedding website along with contributions to our future endeavors.

Can I bring my own food or drink?

Answer

Pen Ryn Estate does not allow outside food or drinks on the property. If you have dietary restrictions, please reach out to us so we can accommodate you to the best of our ability. :)

Can I smoke on the property?

Pen Ryn Estate does not allow any form of smoking on the property.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
