Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We have an RSVP date of November 7th 2025. If you do not RSVP by the deadline we will assume you are not able to make it, we will not be following up on late RSVPs, and we will also be removing the RSVP function from our website.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We are going to be booking a coach to pick guests up from Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise and the Hilton Surfers Paradise to take them to the venue and pick them up from the venue. Let us know if you require transportation via the RSVP link for the ceremony.

Dress code is Garden Formal! Think linen suits and bright colours/floral elegant dresses. If you're unsure on your outfit, refer to the Dress Code tab. NO THONGS, NO JEANS & NO WHITE DRESSES

Question

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

If you would like to give a gift, we will have a wishing well at our reception to go towards our honeymoon fund to Canada!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For those wanting to drive in, there are plenty of carparks at the venue!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space and wanting an intimate wedding with our nearest and dearest, we can only accomodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance.
