Hotel & Transportation Information Check-in at the hotel begins at 4:00 PM, which is also the time the shuttle bus will be departing for the wedding venue. Guests have two options: 1. Book two nights (Wednesday & Thursday): This allows you to check in on Wednesday, giving you plenty of time to settle in and get ready at the hotel before the wedding day. We’ll also be hosting a casual welcome party on Wednesday evening, a great chance to relax, mingle, and kick off the celebration! 2. Book one night (Thursday only): You may park at the hotel earlier in the day, board the shuttle to the venue, and then check in to your room once we return from the wedding.
