Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those who were directly invited. If you have a plus one it will be noted on your RSVP card, if not we kindly ask you please just bring yourself!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, however we want you to have fun too! Our ceremony and reception will be adults only! We appreciate you making accommodations in advance to spend the day with us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Don’t be late, please feel free to arrive 20-25 minutes early and grab a drink!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is! The entrance can be easily located by continuing to the end of Mansion Drive and taking a right turn onto 14th Ave. There will be “event parking” signs directing you to the parking lot. Please do NOT park in the VIP spots, unless notified to.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony & reception will be at the Ludlow Mansion! As long as the weather cooperates, we plan to have the ceremony outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

Can I take pictures/ videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we cannot stress this enough! Please keep your phone put away for the ceremony. We have hired amazing photographers and a videographer to capture our special moment. You’ll be more than welcome to take pictures and videos during the reception!

What happens if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by the date we have provided, we will not be able to accommodate you. We apologize, but we must let our venue & caterers know in advance on how many guests we are expecting.

What if I RSVP “yes” but am no longer able to attend?

Answer

Please let us know ASAP, if you are not able to attend we will need to make those changes with our vendors. Please note; once you let us know you will not be able to attend, we will not be able to change it back to “yes”

Is it open bar?

Answer

During our cocktail hour(s) we will have kegs & signature drinks that will be available until we run out. After that you will be responsible for paying for your drinks!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do, please look at our “travel page” on our website and there will be hotels listed. We do not have blocks reserved, so you will be responsible for booking your room.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have an dietary restrictions, please let us know ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate that. However, we are limited to what our caterers are able to do, please keep that in mind.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not. Monroe is a small town and everything is only a few minutes away. If you need to catch a ride with someone, you are able to leave your car at the venue. Please just make sure to pick it up before 9:30am!

What if my significant other and I break up before the wedding?

Answer

Please view your invite as an invite just for you. Please refrain from inviting a stranger to our wedding. This is an intimate day that we want to share with our close family and friends. Thank you for understanding.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi formal, we would love to see all our friends & family dressed up. Ladies, we would love to see you wear your favorite mid length or floor length gown with a cute set of heels or flats! Gentlemen, we ask you wear a nice set of pants, preferably dark colored, your favorite button up, with a nice pair of shoes. Please refrain from wearing jeans, tennis shoes, t shirts, hats & any shades of white (you all know why)
