Friends & family- If you plan to stay for the night or weekend, we've found that AirBnBs can be a more affordable option. However, there are hotels in Montecito, Santa Barbara, and Carpinteria that range in price. We recommend booking in advance as Santa Barbara is a popular wedding and tourist destination.
LA folks- Montecito is about an hour and a half drive away.
