What should I pack if I am staying at the camp?

Answer

Bring gear that will make your stay comfortable at the camp. Sleeping Bags Pillows Towels Hygiene Bag with Shower Needs Shower shoes Swimsuit & Towel Folding lawn chairs Lantern/Flashlight Bug spray/SPF Umbrella/Poncho Cooler/Ice Snack food Drinks including alcoholic beverages Sporting equipment (volleyball, golf clubs etc)

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the camp?

Answer

There will be no transportation from the hotel to the camp as most guests will be staying at the camp. There is designated parking at the venue.

Question

When can I check in at the camp if staying there?

Answer

On Friday, guests can gain access to the grounds at 4:00 PM and check-out time on Sunday is 10:00 AM! If you are attending the welcome party, camp themed attire is welcomed!

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your children we cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to enjoy the party with us!

Will the ceremony & reception be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside but the reception will be indoors at Friendship Lodge. We recommend wearing wedding attire that is comfortable for the camp setting!

COVID PROTOCOL?

Answer

We are so grateful to be able to celebrate in person together again! To get this party started and keep it safe, we are asking that you do not show up sick! If you feel unwell or have been directly exposed to COVID within 5 days of our wedding event, please take a COVID test prior to attending. We understand that getting sick last minute is not planned and it is okay to not attend to prevent the spread of COVID. We know you will have well wishes from afar!
