Seattle Centers offers a great mix of attractions, outdoor play areas, and interactive experiences perfect for all ages. It's a 74-acre hub originally built for the 1962 World's Fair, packed with museums, parks, and events. Ride the Space Needle for panoramic views of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier. Nearby, explore Chihuly Garden and Glass, featuring stunning glass sculptures amid lush gardens. Check out the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), Pacific Science Center, and the Seattle Children's Theatre. Take the Seattle Center Monorail downtown to Westlake Center. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from there to Pike Place Market, heading downhill via 1st Ave or Pine Street. Pike Place Market is famous for its flying fish toss by vendors, fresh seafood, produce, artisan crafts, and street performers. The Seattle Aquarium, the Great Wheel, and the Gum wall are all just a short walk away.
