When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP through the "RSVP" tab by May 31st, 2026. Please note: you're RSVP will not be confirmed until after booking your room through our hotel block.

Are there rooms reserved?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting all events at Moon Palace The Grand Cancun! We have reserved a room block from November 14th, 2026 to November 21st, 2026. Minimum stay is 5 nights. We kindly ask, if you are attending any or all events, to please book through our room block link in the "Travel" tab. ***Please note: any guests that do not book through this link will not be able to attend any wedding events.*** Please see the "Travel" tab for additional information.

Can I stay at a different resort?

Answer

Unfortunately Moon Palace The Grand does not guarantee availability of resort passes. Therefore, we will not be able to accommodate anyone that does not book through our room block link. If you would like to attend the wedding, please book under our room block link under the "Travel" tab.

Is my flight included when I book my room?

Answer

No, both the room and flights must be booked separately. Stay tuned for further details on a group rate for flights!

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Please fly into Cancun International Airport.

How do I get to the resort?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from Cancun International Airport to Moon Palace The Grand Cancun. Please stay tuned for further details on how to book.

What are the costs?

Answer

The main costs are your stay at the resort and airfare. Please keep in mind the resort and flights will be booked separately. The resort is all inclusive - all food and drinks are included. Transportation between the airport and the resort will be included.

Can I bring a date?

We have done our best to include plus ones where we can. If you would like to bring an additional guest, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! Kids 17 and under stay free at the resort!

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! When filling out your RSVP, there is a section for any allergy-related concerns/requests.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Fingers crossed, yes! The ceremony will take place under a gazebo and the reception will be held on an uncovered terrace. For my ladies - the ground is solid. No heels sinking into the sand or grass!!

Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested—think suits, ties, elegant dresses, and dress shoes. Kindly leave the flip flops and beachwear for the poolside.
