Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will be in the loft at New Holland Brewing: The Knickerbocker at 417 Bridge St NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504. When you arrive, let the host know you're there for the wedding, and you will be directed upstairs.

Will we need to leave the venue during cocktail hour?

Answer

Nope! The bar and reception space will be ready for guests during cocktail hour. Drinks and hors devours will be served during this time.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

The Knickerbocker does not have a dedicated parking lot. We recommend the AirGarage lot at 412 Bridge St NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504 or the GR DASH lot at 301 Mt Vernon Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504. Parking can be limited on Bridge Street, so Uber or Lyft are great options as well.

Dress code - What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We kindly suggest that men wear a suit or a dress shirt with a tie, while women should feel welcome to wear midi to floor length dresses, dressy separates, or formal jumpsuits.

I'm coming from out of town, where should we stay?

Answer

While we do not have a hotel block reserved, we will be staying at the Amway Grand Hotel the night of the wedding. If you are looking for accomodations near the venue, we recommend the Amway Grand Hotel, the Hyatt Place Downtown, CityFlats Hotel, or Canopy by Hilton Downtown.
