Lucas and Emma met as most of their generation's love stories begin...on Hinge. Emma was drawn to Lucas' profile, which featured little of his face but a really cute dachshund (foreshadowing). Despite her app crashing, she found Lucas again, and their love story began. They bonded quickly over their mutual love for the outdoors and books. Lucas promised to draw Emma an owl if she agreed to go on a date with him. He also bought her favorite book and read it before they even met. It was safe to say Emma was impressed. After a first date that flew by, and Lucas agreeing to meet all of Emma's best friends that very night, they were pretty much inseparable. Weekends were full of trips to local rivers to fly fish, climbing at the gym, and cooking each other meals. The weekdays were simply a countdown to when they could see each other again. After Lucas graduated from Law School, they found themselves moving into an apartment in Brighton. Lucas became a bunny dad, and a year later, they welcomed the cutest dachshund into their lives. The past three years have brought them both a lifetime's worth of happiness, and they are so thrilled to celebrate their love with all of you!
