How is COVID effecting this event?

Masks are now required in public spaces in Ohio. The Wood County Health Department has informed us that venues are required to enforce this policy. We will have signage indicating this. We will have masks available to any guests who needs one! Tables in the ballrooms will need to be spaced at least 6ft apart. This means that the max capacity of each room is minimized to the following: Cadet West Ballroom ~130 people (We are inviting over this amount and will only be cutting the list back if all of this still applies in September. You will be informed if we are forced to cut down to 130. Of course family will take priority but it will also depend on who RSVPs. Thanks for your understanding.) Keep in mind, these numbers can change if the current situation changes! Dancing is allowed while maintaining a social distance. Ceremonies currently remain unrestricted. Food must be served to the guest from behind a table or at their seats.
