Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire, for example such as suits and cocktail dresses (short formal) or floor-length dresses. We kindly request that no one wears shorts, jeans or sandals. Ladies when choosing your heels, be mindful that the dinner reception will have grass. Don't forget your sunglasses and SPF!

Are kids welcome to our wedding?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you and are grateful for your love and support. While we adore your children and always enjoy their company, we have decided to make our wedding reception an adults-only occasion. We hope this allows you to have a relaxing and enjoyable evening with us. Your little ones are welcome to pre-wedding celebrations on the 12th and post wedding celebrations on the 14th. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to celebrating together!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be a bus that will leave Cala D'Or to bring you to the wedding venue and it will also bring you back to Cala D'Or when the party is over. The bus will pick up at Inturotel Cala Esmeralda at 17:00. The ceremony begins at 18:00. Please be aware that it is extremely difficult to organise taxis in this area.

Is your ceremony phone-free?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony will be phone free. We want our guests to be present during the ceremony but would encourage you to take as many photos and (especially videos) after the ceremony, throughout the day and night. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Is there a Day 2?

Answer

We hope to keep the party going all weekend. There will be a Night 2 'White Party' in a bar The Port Pub, in the marina in Cala D'Or on the Saturday evening. We are hoping everyone will join the bride in wearing white!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP shortly after receiving your invitation. Please RSVP no later than 31st March 2025. If you already know that you will be unable to travel to Mallorca to attend our wedding, please do let us know at your earliest convenience. Please RSVP by texting Emma on 085-2728245 or Kian on 087-6845014.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes - please refer to the travel section of this website to see our list of hotel recommendations. We are getting married in a Villa located 10 minutes from Cala D'Or. There is no accommodation at our wedding venue. Therefore we recommend staying around Cala D'Or on the night of Friday 13th and Saturday 14th of June.

Can I request music with the DJ?

Answer

We are asking guests to send a song they would like played at the wedding by our DJ. When you RSVP with Emma & Kian please send us your song choice! We want as many of your songs as possible!

How do I get from the airport to Cala D'Or

Answer

Please note that it takes approximately 50 minutes to travel from Palma Airport to Cala D'Or. There are several options to get from the airport such as a Bus, Taxi or Car rental. A shuttle Bus is the cheapest option - averaging around €12-15 per person. A pre-booked Taxi for up to 4 passengers is about €104. A minivan transfer for up to 7 passengers is around €144. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. As you all know Emma has coeliac disease, so food allergies will be taken very seriously by our chef at the venue. Please make either Emma or Kian aware of any food allergies and/or dietary requirements 3 months in advance of the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the ceremony. However, there is a bus organised to transport you to and from Cala D'Or.
