Question

What time should guests start to arrive?

Answer

Any time after 5:15PM and before the ceremony that starts at 6:15PM. If you have preagreed to help with setting up, instructions will be given out closer to time.

Question

When do we need to be on property for helping with setup?

Answer

The earliest time for setup to start is 12:30PM.

Question

When do we need to stay to if we are helping pack up?

Answer

We are planning on ending the party 11:00PM so we can be packed/cleaned by midnight. That way everyone can be out of the property by 12:30am.

Question

When will Family Pictures happen?

Answer

Before the ceremony so that there will be light. Subject to change depending on activities of the day and weather.

Question

What to do between ceremony and reception?

Answer

Lawn games! The Gneitings have agreed to bringing a few games including Kubb and Polish Horseshoes: try them out! There will also be games within the garden tent too for those who don't want to stand in the grass.

What is for dinner? Dessert?

Answer

The reception will be in the style of high tea. So everything from adorable cake sandwhiches to roast beef. Dessert will range as well.

Is there any alcohol?

Answer

No alcohol will be provided and no outside nor guest sourced alcohol will be tolerated.
