How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please navigate to the RVSP tab on this website and search your name. Your name, along with any invited guests in your party, will appear. Please indicate who will be attending.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by August 8th, 2026. This is to ensure we are providing an accurate guest count for our venue and vendors. We unfortunately will not be able to accept any RSVPs past this date, and will be unable to accommodate guests who did not submit their RSVPs by the requested date. We truly appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you! Our dress code is semi-formal, and we encourage guests to dress their best. Women are invited to wear longer dresses or elegant midi styles in season-appropriate colors and prints (please refrain from wearing white). Men may wear suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt; ties and blazers are welcome but optional. Think polished, festive, and celebration-ready!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation. If a plus one has been extended to you, it will appear on your formal invitation.

While we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that only children who are specifically named on the invitation join us, as space is limited. Thank you so much for understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early so everyone can be seated and ready to celebrate with us.

Will I be able to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

To fully soak in the moment, we’ve chosen to have an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that guests leave their phones away during the ceremony while our photographers capture it all. Once cocktail hour begins, we’d love for you to take photos and enjoy the rest of the celebration with us!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will both take place at The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm in Knoxville, Tennessee: 9133 Hunter Valley Lane, Knoxville, TN 37922. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in this beautiful setting!

Will this be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place at The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm in Knoxville, TN. The ceremony will be held outdoors on the water, surrounded by trees and lush greenery that provide natural shade. Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy an indoor/outdoor reception in the reception hall, with access to the beach, lawn, and back patio. In the event of inclement weather, the venue has arrangements in place to ensure a beautiful celebration indoors.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking will be available at the venue for all guests. For those staying at the Holiday Inn Knoxville West, a shuttle will be provided to make your trip to and from the venue easy and stress-free. We also encourage using Uber or other rideshare services so everyone can raise a glass safely and enjoy the celebration—cheers to a fun night!

Is the venue accessible for guests with mobility needs?

Answer

Our venue features a variety of terrain, including outdoor paths and areas by the water. If you or a guest will require assistance or a mobility device, please let us know ahead of time so our day-of coordinators can provide support as needed. We kindly ask that you bring any mobility devices you may require, and we’ll do our best to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable celebration for everyone.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We’ll have a bar available featuring beer, wine, and our personally chosen specialty cocktails. Drinks are on us—but safety is on you! Please plan ahead and use Uber or other rideshare services if you plan to enjoy a cocktail, and celebrate responsibly.
