What time is everything?

I Do BBQ - Friday @ 6 pm Ceremony - Saturday @ 5:00 pm Reception - Saturday 5:30-8:30 pm

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, in the yard at The Sweet Escape Mansion in Clermont, Fl. Please wear/bring comfortable shoes.

Where is the Reception?

Answer

The Reception will be held outside, on a mix of grassy area and paver stones. There is a pool on site, please be careful and watch your step.

What is the parking situation like?

Answer

Each house has it's own driveway with plenty of parking.

When/What time do we need to arrive??

Answer

If you are staying on the property with us, we would love for you to arrive anytime Friday after 12pm noon. Unless discussed otherwise.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting all guests to wear Spring colors - Greens, Pinks, Light Orange, Gold/Yellow & Light Blue. Party attire! We are going to be outside, some parts are in grassy areas. Family & Children will be on-site choose bathing suits wisely.

What is the seating like?

Answer

Everyone will have a chair! Dinner tables will be assigned table seating.

Can I take photos?

Answer

Please do! Blow our phones up, we would love all photos taken! (look out for our QR codes around the venue) Please make sure not to distract or block the photographers during the event.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Beer and Signature Drinks served. We will have a limited number of drinks per person at the bar.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are limited to the number of people we can have at the space. All guest will be on the invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we'd love to invite all of the children, we can only accommodate a few family, We are putting all kids invited on the invitations, we hope that you understand our decision and we look forward to spending our special day with you!

How do I RSVP? What's the deadline?

Answer

You can RSVP online on our wedding website, We recommend doing it ASAP, last date is July 31st 2025

What should I do if I can't attend or need to change my RSVP?

You should be able to make changes or notes online - Please reach out to Emmalee if you have any issues with the website or submitting information

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

We will miss you on our special day!

Are there any additional activities planned for the weekend?

Answer

There are a ton of things to do on site at the wedding. If you would like to adventure off, there are many attractions within an hour of us.

Is Uber or Lyft available?

You can Uber or Lyft from your hotel to the event site.

Where can I get ready?

Answer

We are asking everyone to be aware of limited bathrooms on site and to get ready in the bedrooms assigned at the time of arrival (you may need to use a mirror or share an area for hair and make up if there is not room in the bedroom)- if you are not staying on site please come ready to party!

Bedroom decorations

The venue has MANY things to do and look at inside including themed bedrooms, we are asking everyone to make sure the rooms stay clean and open so everyone can explore.

Do guest need to do anything before the wedding?

Answer

YES! RSVP & once you have confirmed you are coming Emmalee will be sending a wavier to be on completed sent from the venue, we need EVERYONE to have a signed wavier before the Friday week before. The wavier must be completed to come onto the property

Food / Drink accommodations

Please let Emmalee know ASAP if you have any food allergies or if you are vegetarian. Food menu will be posted once I have a head count. ❤️
