If you’re a wizard (and a reliable person) at changing playlists and making sure the right songs play when our party walks down the aisle, please let me know! That way I don’t have to hire a DJ, and you’ll earn free extra booze 😉.
It is on the home page and it will also be on the formal invites which will be sent out in 4 months.
Because I’d rather be prepared than rushed. Planning a wedding is stressful, and with the wedding only 8 months away, we all know how fast time flies—blink and it’ll be September. Between now and then, life is very full: birthdays, moving out, an engagement party, a housewarming party, bridal party events, summer vacations, a bachelorette trip, and on top of it all, we both work full-time jobs. Planning ahead helps keep everything organized and (mostly) stress-free. We’ve also been together for 7 years, so this timeline feels exactly right for us. I’m not someone who wants to wait another 5 years to get married—and for the record, no, I’m not pregnant 😉 Planning early lets us actually enjoy this season instead of scrambling through it. Thanks for understanding and celebrating with us!
Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. We kindly ask that guests carpool whenever possible. If you live in the same household or the same town, please plan to arrive together and avoid taking separate vehicles. The venue is a private residence, and parking is limited. We also have family members who are handicapped, so it’s very important that parking is done in an orderly fashion to allow drop-off directly in front of the house. Your cooperation helps everything run smoothly and ensures everyone can arrive comfortably—thank you so much for understanding and helping us make this day accessible for all 🤍
Plus-ones are listed on the invitation. If you have questions, feel free to reach out.
We adore your children, but due to venue constraints and the nature of our celebration, we are hosting an adults-only wedding. The only child attending will be the bride’s sister. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Yes! Everything will be held at the same venue, so once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy the celebration. Our celebration will wind down at 8:00 PM for guests outside of the bride and groom’s party. We truly appreciate your cooperation.
Yes, a limited bar with beer and wine will be available for guests outside of the bridal party and groom’s party. Spirits will be reserved exclusively for the bridal party and groom’s party, as they will be staying on-site. We kindly ask all guests to please respect this arrangement. Signage will also be posted at the bar for clarity. This decision is important to us so that everyone can drive home safely and responsibly. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.
Outdoors
Yes! There will be music and dancing—come ready to celebrate (respectfully 😉).
For the sake of the property, cigarettes are not allowed anywhere on-site. The venue charges $10 for every cigarette butt left on the property, so we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking cigars or cigarettes. Vaping is allowed, but please be respectful of the property and other guests. Thank you for helping us keep the day safe and enjoyable for everyone!
