We will have a room block at the Sofitel Hotel, which is conveniently located directly next door to our venue, the New York Yacht Club. We recommend booking well in advance to avoid rooms filling up and to ensure that we can help if any issues arise. The booking link will expire on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Lotte New York Palace

We also have a room block at the beautiful Lotte New York Palace. Located just half a mile from our venue, New York Yacht Club. It will be an easy 10 minute walk (6 blocks and one avenue away). Flight

Airports

NYC has plenty of airport and travel options. LGA is definitely the closest and easiest to travel from for domestic flights with just a 25 minute Uber ride to the hotel blocks.

Train

Train Stations

Amtrak, New Jersey Transit, and the LIRR are also great options for travel. Our hotel blocks are in close proximity to both Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal.
