If you need to renew your passport or apply for a new one, please remember to factor in processing time. Passports generally take about 13 weeks (~3+ months) to process. Airlines may require at that your passport has 6 months of validity remaining to fly internationally, meaning your passport does not expire within 6 months of your trip. Please plan accordingly.

Important Notes Regarding Accommodations

Our resort does ask that wedding guests stay onsite the night of the wedding. The resort has set up a promo code for our group for discounted nightly rates. Reservations must be made by March 20th, 2024 to utilize the promo code. Please see the image at the top for prices when utilizing the promo code. Please note, the pricing is per person because this is an all inclusive resort. Your food, drinks, and a variety of outdoor activities are included in the price. The image at the top is taken from our contract and is included to help you ensure you're getting the discounted rate. This is not a traditional "block", so reservations are subject to resort availability. Therefore, we recommend making a reservation as soon as possible to ensure room availability, even if you're unsure if you'll be able to attend, and modifying it or cancelling it if need be once you have made a decision. The full amount will not be charged to your card until 30 days prior to your stay. Below are the instructions from the resort on how to use the promo code: 1.
