Jared and I both attended Albany High School. We knew each other and spent time with the same crowd. We had a romance during those high school years, short and sweet, but some unbridled force caused drift. We went our separate ways and lost touch. Years later, we were drawn together again. Undoubtedly, Jared and I were meant to be together, but we learned timing is everything and we wouldn't trade the years in between. Instead, we choose to be gracious for the life, the love, and the lessons that led us back to each other. Oh Jared, it was always you. We were married civilly last August in front of our parents and then again in front of our brothers, sisters, nieces, nephew, and grandparents. Now it is time to be married in front of God. We have been waiting for this day and cannot wait to celebrate with you.
