When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by March 1st. We can't wait to celebrate our day with you!

When should I book my hotel by?

Answer

Today! As soon as possible - York/ Lancaster area hotels historically book up very quickly on Memorial Day Weekend.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking at the venue. You may choose to take advantage of the shuttles we have arranged to and from the listed hotels. Please indicate your choice on your RSVP!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes ! We have arranged shuttles to and from the hotels we have listed under the Travel section. There will be one shuttle at 11pm and another at 12am. Please indicate if you would like to be included in the head count for these shuttles on your RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal to cocktail attire is appropriate for this event. Lauxmont Farms offers a beautiful outdoor venue. Weather permitting the ceremony will be in a garden, on the banks of the Susquehanna river. The reception will be tented on a hardscape patio. Keep in mind parts of the day will be outside, on grass, or other uneven surfaces. Plan your attire accordingly - temperatures may shift throughout the day. Memorial Day weekend is unpredictable, we want you to be prepared and comfortable. We can't wait to see everyone looking their best!

You know we love your kids! This event does not included children unless explicitly stated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
