We met in the Spring semester of 2024 in an Appalachian history class. We sat directly across from each other and did not say one word. Jackson made the first move by following Emma on Instagram. A few weeks later, Emma decided it was time to break the silence. A few dm's later and a date was set at Bella's Italian in Boone and the rest is history.
