Jack & Emma will be arriving on this day, staying at the Grand Mecure Bali Seminyak. Guests can arrive and stay when and where suits them before the wedding.
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
For those who will be in the Seminyak area before the wedding, we have arranged buses to take guests and their luggage to the venue (and back). Please RSVP letting us know if you require this.
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Guests will be able to check-in to the wedding venue from 2pm and get settled in their rooms.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us for pizzas by the pool as we officially kick-start the wedding festivities. Pizzas are provided - we will use dietary requirements as per the wedding night for this.
7:00 am - 12:00 pm
Enjoy breakfast (included) in the restaurant at whatever time you please. If you wish to do some activities in Nusa Dua please see reception for suggestions and transport, otherwise relax by the pool, hit some golf balls or get a treatment in the spa!
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Cocktail Attire
Please meet in the restaurant at 4pm. The ceremony will commence shortly after and go for 20 minutes. Following the ceremony enjoy cocktails and canapes on the rooftop bar, and get lots of photos while the bridal party and their families are getting photos. You will be guided to the reception starting at 6pm. For our parents, we will have a number of nannies available on the night to watch the kids while you get to enjoy.
11:00 am - 11:30 am
After you have had breakfast (included) pack up your things and check-out by 11am. For those heading back to the Seminyak area we will have buses to take guests and their luggage back.
12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We will be spending the afternoon at Mrs Sippy in Seminyak. Its $10 entry, and you can book day beds if you wish. Kids are welcome.
6:00 pm - 11:45 pm
We will be heading to Motel Mexicola for dinner and dancing. Come along if you please.
