Friday evening, we are hosting a dinner for our out-of-town guests at an art gallery called the Tube Factory. It is a casual dinner with outdoor games and food trucks. Wear your comfy clothes and be prepared to have fun. Dinner is from 7:30-10:30. Saturday is the WEDDING!! It’s being held at the Biltwell. The wedding begins at 5. Guests should arrive at 4:30 Sunday we will host a brunch between 10am and 1pm for our out-of-town guests at the Taxman. This Gastro-Pub is across the street from the hotel.
We will have a hospitality suite open for all of our hotel guests, from Friday at 4pm through Sunday morning. We have also arranged buses to take all of our guests to/from the Friday night dinner AND the Saturday wedding. That way you don’t have to worry at all about driving or parking, and you can feel free to drink without worrying about driving.
If you fly, we recommend you take an Uber to the hotel. It will be cheaper than parking at the hotel and transportation for the wedding events are taken care of.
To protect the health and safety of our guests, this is a fully vaccinated wedding. If you are unable to attend due to your vaccination status, let us know! We are working on remote viewing options.
