What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m., so please plan on arriving by 3:30

This event is semi-formal. The wedding party will primarily be wearing royal blue. Ladies can wear cocktail dresses or floor-length dresses and gentlemen can wear suits or button-down shirts and dress pants.
