When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 5:30 to ensure that you have enough time to get to the chapel. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00, and we will not be able to delay the start for late arrivals.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Our dress code is semi-formal. We encourage women to wear cocktail dresses and men to dress in polished, dressy attire (no shorts or sandals, please). We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or emerald green. As the celebration will take place in Texas in August, we also recommend choosing light, breathable fabrics to stay comfortable in the warm weather.

Can I bring a date?

Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation was addressed to you alone, we kindly ask that you do not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We don’t have specific hotel blocks, but we recommend staying in the downtown Austin area for convenience. Areas like Rainey Street, East Sixth Street, and South Congress are all great options with plenty to do nearby. We suggest avoiding North Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Lake Travis to stay closer to the celebration.

How far is the venue from downtown/airport?

Answer

The venue is approximately 25–30 minutes from downtown Austin. We recommend planning to leave early to allow plenty of travel time and suggest using Uber, Fetii, or coordinating rides with other guests. We also highly encourage avoiding Waymo for transportation to and from the venue.

Are gifts expected?

Answer

No, your presence is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. However, for those who have asked, we will have a honeymoon fund linked on our registry page. As many of you know, we love to travel, and we’re so excited to continue exploring the world together. Your contribution would mean so much to us.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony, and allow our photographer to capture our special day.
