Can we bring the kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this wedding is adult's-only. We want to enjoy the night with you, without the thought of the kid's bedtimes determining how late you stay! We hope that by giving plenty of advanced notice, you'll be able to make arrangements for a sitter or grandparent while we enjoy the day together!

What's the attire?

Answer

Think "forest formal-ish"! We’d love for you to dress nicely but comfortably—nothing too casual, nothing too dressy. Dresses, linens, and slacks welcome. Not black tie, just no blue jeans please.

Humboldt weather can be tricky... late August there is hope for 70s, but we recommend bringing layers as the Humboldt fog can roll in at anytime!

Parking & Driving

Answer

There is parking at the venue, and the venue allows guests to leave a car parked overnight with the goal of picking it up the following morning. The road out to Fieldbrook is a bit windy, coming from both directions (Blue Lake or McKinleyville), so drive carefully, please. We love all of you and urge everyone to get a ride with someone who is sober or call an uber if needed. There will be a shuttle service available taking people from the venue to the Blue Lake Casino as well. We are requesting that if you would like to utilize our shuttle service, please let us know in the questions following the RSVP prompt.
