What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will be starting the ceremony at 3PM, please plan an extra few minutes into your schedule to find parking. We look forward to seeing you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable. Please wear business casual clothing (e.g. polo or button-up shirt, pants, non-formal dresses, etc.) and be prepared for Colorado's quickly changing weather. It might be sunny and warm in the afternoon, then snowy and cold in the evening. The ceremony and the majority of the reception will be held inside.

What airports would you recommend?

Answer

We recommend flying in to Colorado Springs Airport (COS) or Denver International Airport (DEN). COS is closer but it is usually (but not always) more expensive than flying into DEN.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy, the Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs, or if you're a military member/veteran Rampart Lodge on the US Air Force Academy.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not, but Uber and Lyft are widely available in the Colorado Springs and Monument areas.
