Will transportation be provided for the rehearsal dinner & welcome drinks?
Answer
Yes, there will be buses going from Talta Lodge + Trapp Family Lodge to American Flatbread on Friday, 10/17. See below for the shuttle schedule: Those attending rehearsal dinner: 5:15pm bus departs Trapp Family Lodge 5:30 pm bus departs Talta Lodge Welcome Drinks 7:45pm bus departs Trapp 7:55pm bus departs Talta *Buses will be available to take guests back to Trapp Family Lodge & Talta Lodge at 9 and 10pm.

Will transportation be provided for the wedding?
Answer
1 bus will be running from Talta Lodge to the venue (Trapp Family Lodge) on Saturday. If you’re staying at an Airbnb or another hotel, please plan to get yourself to Talta Lodge to catch the bus, or you may drive directly to Trapp Family Lodge, where plenty of parking is available. Please note that ride-sharing services are very limited in the area. Wedding day shuttle schedule: 3:15pm bus arrives at Talta Lodge 3:30pm bus arrives at Trapp Family Lodge 11pm bus departs from Trapp Family Lodge and will drop guests off at Talta Lodge (for those not attending the after party) and to the after party at The Matterhorn. 12am and 1am buses will depart The Matterhorn and will make stops at Talta Lodge and Trapp Family Lodge. Anyone is welcome to leave their car overnight at Trapp Family Lodge and pick it up in the morning!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive by 3:45pm!

Will the ceremony be outside?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will be held outside on grass. We recommend bringing a coat as it might be chilly!
