Question

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Our transportation is called Gest Carts. They are eco-friendly luxury golf carts. They will be providing transportation from The Hilton Netherlands Plaza Hotel and The Renaissance Hotel to Anderson Pavilion (back and forth).

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

Parking can be found in the Central Riverfront Garage which is located just before the Roebling Bridge, near the Red's stadium. If you wish to GPS it, the address is 124 E. Mehring Way 45202. There is an entrance off of Mehring Way. Once you are in the garage, drive straight to your first Stop sign, make an immediate LEFT and drive all the way down to the next Stop sign where you will make another LEFT and drive straight back (there is another garage entrance/exit at the end, you want to head towards that where you should see the 3 grey garage doors on the left) and closest parking spaces to the pavilion. Once parked, exit the garage via the sidewalk and turn left onto the Veranda where the Pavilion sits. Walk past the white fencing until you see the water features and the main entrance will be right there! There will be a concert that evening, parking will be $15/car.

WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN ITEMS ON THE MENU?

Answer

Yes, for dinner the quinoa fritters are vegan and gluten-free. We will have at least 1 vegan and gluten-free hourderve option. There will be at least one vegan and gluten-free dessert option as well.

I HAVE A SERIOUS FOOD ALLERGY! CAN I CHECK THE MENU TO MAKE SURE IT'S SAFE FOR ME?

Please feel free to contact Donovan or Emma to ensure that your food allergy is noted. On the day of the event, you can also check in with the catering staff to remind them of any allergies.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

This event is semi-formal. Please feel welcome to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses! *Remember that early October in Cincinnati can be warm during the day but can be chilly at night so don't forget to pack options and layers just incase!

WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?

Answer

Please fly into the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Our airport is only 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.
