If you're not interested in heading Downtown we have a ton to do outside of the peninsula of Downtown. Here are a few of our favorite places!
Stono River County Park

Our county parks are a great way to experience the scenic views of The Lowcountry without heading downtown. This park offers a short, paved walking trail that is accessible for all. We visit here often with our dogs and love the laid back feeling of being so close to town without fighting the crowds.

Whether you're looking for a quick cup of coffee, a sweet treat or an indulgent sandwich this is our favorite stop. We love the small hand made quiches and always recommend the Doughnut Muffins.
Folly Beach
Folly Beach, SC
Folly Beach is the perfect place to visit if your want a laid back beach experience while seeing all of the local charm. It has everything from beach shops and dive bars and is the best place to relax and soak in the Charleston sun.
