Emma's story Back in high school, Dalton and I both were in Mr. Hood's World History class. When Mr. Hood made class seating assignments, Dalton was placed across the room. We had an unusually small class with only 16 or 17 kids in it. I sat in the very front, big surprise, and I had an empty seat directly behind me. Dalton somehow sweet talked Mr. Hood to give him the seat behind me, after sitting there everyday anyway. He would pull my yank my pony tail, always pick me for group projects, and later admitted that he would occasionally sneak answers off my papers when doing work for class. He and I were friends but I didn't think anything of it at the time, other than I thought the was pretty cute. We ended our class and stayed acquaintance through out high school somewhat, but never really talked to him. Fast forward to freshmen year of college, I posted a selfie on snapchat, didn't pay much mind to my phone, when he reached out and commented on it. I didn't see it until the next morning. I think it said something along the lines of, "you look beautiful, How are you doing? we have talked in awhile." My mind immediately thought, um we haven't talked since sophomore year technically, but okay... All of my college friends were trying to find me a boyfriend at that point because they couldn't believe I had never had one before. When I told them about this, they were immediately involved and forced me to call him. We talked on the phone and it was so easy, I thought hmmm I kind of like this guy, but I'm sure I will be too chicken to see him and hangout in person. We were nearing the end of freshman year when one night on the phone Dalton said, we should hangout when you get home. I though oh ok, I doubt that will happen. The day after I get home, he asks me what I am doing, I had already made plans to help my sister paint her salon, and he said perfect, when should I be there? From that moment I knew he was a good guy. We were friends for 6 months before he asked me to be his girlfriend and I would have had it any other way. He is still my best friend to this day and I can't thank him enough for putting himself out there, and loving me through some of the craziest times in life! I cannot wait to be your wife Dalton!! Dalton's Story t all began one morning sophomore year when this blonde hair blue eye absolute bombshell of a lady walks in to the classroom. I knew of her but I didn’t know her. Turns out she sat in front of me in class. I knew one day we might date but never would have thought that I would be spending the rest of my life with her. Honestly if it wasn’t for her probably wouldn’t have even passed that class. I know 100% she thought I was annoying but jokes on her I get to annoy her the rest of her life. After highschool we both went our separate ways, but lo and behold with my super good looks and charm I messaged her on Snapchat and told her that she looked cute on one of her stories. After about a minute I knew I had her in the bag so we kept chatting and then that summer we started dating. he rest has been history. I honestly can’t imagine my life without her. Who knows if I would have even passed biology. Thank goodness for her cause she did (I mean I did). After about a year of dating I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her because she is the only person that laughs at all my jokes. Once we are married she still better laugh.
