Business-casual, semi-formal and cocktail attire are all acceptable. For men, suits are fine. Otherwise, khakis, slacks and chinos are all great options with blazers, sports coats, sweaters or vests on top. Ties are optional. Women in non-white attire: cocktail dresses, sun dresses, little black dresses etc. Other options like pantsuits, jumpsuits, and traditional cultural attire are also acceptable. Since it's a Fall indoor/outdoor wedding, a light sweater or jacket is encouraged.
The ceremony will take place in a covered outdoor area. The cocktail hour will be in an outdoor courtyard (weather permitting). Both indoor and outdoor areas will be open during the reception.
There are hotel blocks reserved closeby to the venue at Hilton and Comfort Inn. Please see the "Travel" section of the website, and use the links to book a reservation.
There is plenty of parking available at IronSpire in the main parking lot by the iron gates near the entrance of the property. You can feel free to leave your car overnight as long as you pick it up by 9:00am on 10/05 (the venue has the right to tow cars left past 9:00am). There will also be a shuttle service between the venue and the hotels listed in the travel section. The shuttle can accomodate 14 passengers at a time and will be available between 3:00pm and 10:00pm.
Plan to arrive between 3:30-3:45pm.
Only the names listed on your wedding invitation are invited. We love you, but unfortunately cannot accomodate any extra guests. Thanks for understanding!
Light appetizers will be served during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served buffet-style with gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian options. We will have an open bar with beer and wine.
