Answer

The invitations indicate if a plus one is allowed. Children are allowed if they were listed as guests on the invitation.

Question

Will food allergies be accommodated?

Answer

We will be serving Social Cantina for dinner. There will be a variety of options that should accommodate for a majority of our guests. If you have concerns related to an allergy you are more than welcome to reach out to me, but it cannot be guaranteed that we will be able to accommodate every guest. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! We will be serving beer, wine, champagne, and hard seltzers only. Hard liquor is not allowed on site. If hard liquor is snuck into the venue you will be asked to leave. There are very strict rules on this with the barn being historic. I apologize if this inconveniences anyone, but we hope you understand. You are welcome to continue the party after the reception.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at the venue. You are welcome to Uber as well. Handicap parking is available as well! There is an overflow lot at the venue if needed.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Well, hopefully 75, sunny, and beautiful. However, this is the Midwest at the end of May lol. Dress accordingly for potential rain, but the entire event will be indoors if needed.

Question

Is it okay to post on social media?

Answer

Of course! We would love to see everyone's pictures from the day. However, please be mindful and don't post until the bride and groom have posted first :)

Question

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

No. I know this is so exciting for everyone, as it is for us too. That's why we hired the professionals to do the work for us, so everyone can be present with us. Thanks for understanding.
